Read buyer reviews of one TikTok Shop product from its product_id or product link. Each review has star rating, text, post time, the variant bought, verified-purchase and incentivized flags, photos, the masked buyer name and country. Sort by newest or recommended and keep one star level with rating. 20 per page.
Price $0.76 per 1,000 requests ($0.000764 per call). Failed calls and empty results are not charged. Synchronous. For slow jobs add "mode": "async" to the body, take the job_id and poll.
AI prompt
Please help me write a data collection script with the EveryInfra TikTok Shop product reviews endpoint (tiktok/shop_product_reviews).
How the endpoint works:
- Request: POST https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/social with the header Authorization: Bearer <API key>. Read the key from the EVERYINFRA_API_KEY environment variable and never hard-code it.
- In the request body, set platform to tiktok and action to shop_product_reviews, and put the parameters inside params.
- Required parameters:
- product_id: The numeric TikTok Shop product ID for shop_product_reviews (the id of a product row), or a shop.tiktok.com product link.
- Optional parameters:
- country: The TikTok Shop market the product sells in: US (default), SG, MY, PH, TH, VN, ID, JP or MX.
- page_token: Page token for TikTok list actions such as hashtag_search, user_search, following and shop_products.
- rating: Keep only reviews with this many stars in shop_product_reviews: 1 to 5. Leave it out for all reviews. (allowed: 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5)
- sort: Review order: newest (default) or recommended (TikTok Shop's own order). (allowed: newest / recommended)
- Returns a list of records. Main fields of each record: id, rating, rating_scale, text, posted_at, variant, is_verified_purchase, is_incentivized, image_urls, author_name, country, product_id; 13 fields in total, full list at https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/social/catalog?platform=tiktok.
- Example request body:
{
"platform": "tiktok",
"action": "shop_product_reviews",
"params": {
"product_id": "1730991511457465439"
}
}
- Price: $0.76 per 1,000 requests; failed and empty results are not charged.
- For dozens or hundreds of targets, add "mode": "async" to the body: you get a job_id at once and poll GET https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/jobs/{job_id} for the result.
- On 422, fix the request using the suggested parameter names and allowed values in the error; on 429 or 503, wait for Retry-After and try again.
Before writing code, ask me which targets I need, how many, which fields, and what output format I want; then confirm the plan and the rough cost with me.Request parameters

}Response fields
Business data is in results. The table lists the fields a record can contain; values the platform does not show are never made up.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
id | The record's unique ID on the platform. Unique only within one platform; IDs can repeat across platforms. |
rating | Rating. The scale varies by platform: rating_scale on the same row gives the maximum (usually 5; Booking, Douban, iQIYI and NAVER use 10). Convert with rating_scale before comparing across platforms, or the comparison can come out backwards. |
rating_scale | Maximum of rating in the same row: 5 for five-star scales, 10 for ten-point scales. Present only when the row has a rating. |
text | Body text with HTML removed, returned in full and never cut short (on a few platforms the list results themselves carry only an excerpt; the platform's field notes say so). |
posted_at | Publish time in ISO 8601, UTC (for example 2026-08-07T12:34:56+00:00). Non-standard strings from the platform are passed through as is, so parse defensively. null means the platform does not disclose it. |
variant | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
is_verified_purchase | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
is_incentivized | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
image_urls | Array of image links in the platform's display order; absent when there are no images. |
author_name | Author's display name. |
country | Country or region: a full name or an ISO code depending on the platform, not normalized. |
product_id | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
next_page_token | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
platform | Source platform identifier, the same as platform in the request (for example xiaohongshu, tiktok). |
