Crypto Market Data API
Crypto market data that is not tied to one exchange. token_price and token_chart price tokens by contract address or coin id, token_ranking ranks tokens by market cap, 24-hour change or volume, tokenomics reads a token's unlock schedule and tge_status tells whether a project has launched its token.
Write a token as chain:contract-address (such as ethereum:0xdac1...) or coingecko:id (such as coingecko:bitcoin). Prices are aggregated across venues and on-chain data, so they are not one exchange's last trade; confidence shows how much trading backs a price.

Crypto Market Data API questions
What can I retrieve with the Crypto Market Data API?
Set platform to crypto_market. The current catalog lists token prices, token price history, token ranking, token unlock schedule, and token generation event status. These action names identify different Crypto Market Data objects or views; they are not interchangeable search modes.
Which input starts the Crypto Market Data token_price request?
Tokens as chain:contract-address (such as ethereum:0xdac17f958d2ee523a2206206994597c13d831ec7) or coingecko:id (such as coingecko:bitcoin). token_price takes up to 20, comma-separated; token_chart takes exactly one. Other formats are rejected before any charge. Send it as token inside params.
Which fields can Crypto Market Data token_price return?
Its declared schema includes token, symbol, price_usd, and price_at. A declared field can still be absent from an individual record, and every other action has its own field list.
Does every Crypto Market Data action return immediately?
Actions labeled asynchronous return a job ID you poll. Every other action can also run asynchronously: add "mode": "async" to the request body to receive a job ID immediately, useful for slow tasks or large limits. The current catalog contains sync delivery.
