DuckDuckGo Maps shows places on a map using Apple Maps data and Yelp ratings. search lists places matching a keyword around a map center, about 20 per call.
Both latitude and longitude are required. Each row carries apple_maps_id, which places on the Apple Maps page accepts for full place details, plus weekly hours, price level, rating and a few review excerpts without reviewer details.
