Get the download links for one TikTok video from its url, without the watermark. You get video_url with backups, size, width and height, a higher-definition link when there is one, the watermarked link, the sound, the cover, and expires_at, when the links stop working. A photo post returns its image_urls instead.
Price $0.64 per 1,000 requests ($0.000639 per call). Failed calls and empty results are not charged. Synchronous. For slow jobs add "mode": "async" to the body, take the job_id and poll.
AI prompt
Please help me write a data collection script with the EveryInfra TikTok Video download links endpoint (tiktok/video_download).
How the endpoint works:
- Request: POST https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/social with the header Authorization: Bearer <API key>. Read the key from the EVERYINFRA_API_KEY environment variable and never hard-code it.
- In the request body, set platform to tiktok and action to video_download, and put the parameters inside params.
- Required parameters:
- url: One TikTok video link: https://www.tiktok.com/@<user>/video/<ID> or a /photo/ link, or the video ID. vt.tiktok.com short links are not accepted.
- Returns one object. Main fields: id, url, text, author_username, duration_seconds, duration_sec, video_url, video_backup_urls, width, height, size_bytes, hd_video_url; 20 fields in total, full list at https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/social/catalog?platform=tiktok.
- Example request body:
{
"platform": "tiktok",
"action": "video_download",
"params": {
"url": "https://www.tiktok.com/@stoolpresidente/video/7488736374602927402"
}
}
- Price: $0.64 per 1,000 requests; failed and empty results are not charged.
- For dozens or hundreds of targets, add "mode": "async" to the body: you get a job_id at once and poll GET https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/jobs/{job_id} for the result.
- On 422, fix the request using the suggested parameter names and allowed values in the error; on 429 or 503, wait for Retry-After and try again.
Before writing code, ask me which targets I need, how many, which fields, and what output format I want; then confirm the plan and the rough cost with me.Request parameters

}Response fields
Business data is in results. The table lists the fields a record can contain; values the platform does not show are never made up.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
id | The record's unique ID on the platform. Unique only within one platform; IDs can repeat across platforms. |
url | Link to the record on the platform. |
text | Body text with HTML removed, returned in full and never cut short (on a few platforms the list results themselves carry only an excerpt; the platform's field notes say so). |
author_username | Author's username (@handle), usually usable in URLs. |
duration_seconds | Duration in seconds. null for content that is not video or audio. |
duration_sec | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
video_url | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
video_backup_urls | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
width | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
height | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
size_bytes | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
hd_video_url | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
hd_width | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
hd_size_bytes | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
watermarked_video_url | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
audio_url | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
cover_image_url | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
image_urls | Array of image links in the platform's display order; absent when there are no images. |
is_slideshow | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
expires_at | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
platform | Source platform identifier, the same as platform in the request (for example xiaohongshu, tiktok). |
