Search Douyin's music library by song title, artist or sound name. Each track has title, artist, length, how many works use it, cover, a play link, a lyrics link when there is one, and tags. 10 tracks per page; page on with next_page_token. A track being on Douyin does not clear it for commercial use.

Price $8 per 1,000 requests ($0.008 per call). Failed calls and empty results are not charged. Synchronous. For slow jobs add "mode": "async" to the body, take the job_id and poll.

AI prompt

Please help me write a data collection script with the EveryInfra Douyin Music search endpoint (douyin/music_search).

How the endpoint works:
- Request: POST https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/social with the header Authorization: Bearer <API key>. Read the key from the EVERYINFRA_API_KEY environment variable and never hard-code it.
- In the request body, set platform to douyin and action to music_search, and put the parameters inside params.
- Required parameters:
  - keyword: A song title, artist or sound name, such as Jay Chou; it searches Douyin's music library, not videos.
- Optional parameters:
  - page_token: Page token. Leave it out for the first page, then pass back the previous response's next_page_token exactly as received. Each page holds up to 10 tracks and is one call.
- Returns a list of records. Main fields of each record: id, url, title, author_name, duration_seconds, duration_sec (Video length in seconds), use_count (How many works use this track (music_se…), cover_image_url (Video or image-post cover thumbnail URL…), audio_url (Audio link: the video's audio track on…), lyric_url (Lyrics file link (music_search), only w…), tags, next_page_token (Page token (search / user_posts / comme…).
- Example request body:
{
  "platform": "douyin",
  "action": "music_search",
  "params": {
    "keyword": "美食"
  }
}
- Price: $8 per 1,000 requests; failed and empty results are not charged.
- For dozens or hundreds of targets, add "mode": "async" to the body: you get a job_id at once and poll GET https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/jobs/{job_id} for the result.
- On 422, fix the request using the suggested parameter names and allowed values in the error; on 429 or 503, wait for Retry-After and try again.

Before writing code, ask me which targets I need, how many, which fields, and what output format I want; then confirm the plan and the rough cost with me.

Response fields

Business data is in results. The table lists the fields a record can contain; values the platform does not show are never made up.

FieldMeaning
idThe record's unique ID on the platform. Unique only within one platform; IDs can repeat across platforms.
urlLink to the record on the platform.
titleTitle. null when the platform has no titles (for example text-only posts).
author_nameAuthor's display name.
duration_secondsDuration in seconds. null for content that is not video or audio.
duration_secVideo length in seconds.
use_countHow many works use this track (music_search), the figure Douyin shows on the music page.
cover_image_urlVideo or image-post cover thumbnail URL (search / user_posts rows).
audio_urlAudio link: the video's audio track on transcript (mp3), the track's play link on music_search; may expire.
lyric_urlLyrics file link (music_search), only when Douyin has one.
tagsArray of tags. An empty array, not null, when there are none.
next_page_tokenPage token (search / user_posts / comments / comment_replies / billboard_video_hot / billboard_low_fan_explosion / billboard_high_completion / billboard_account_search / music_search): pass it back unchanged as page_token to fetch the next page, keeping the other parameters the same; valid for 24 hours. Every row of a page carries the same value, which also appears at the top level of the response. Absent on the last page. Comment pages walk all top-level comments page by page.
platformSource platform identifier, the same as platform in the request (for example xiaohongshu, tiktok).
