Pull businesses from Google Maps by category, such as dentist or coffee_shop in category, and narrow them by city, country, a minimum rating or a word in the business name. Each business has address, coordinates, phone, website, rating and review count. Up to 20 businesses, most-reviewed first; price is often empty and closure status is not provided.

Price $15.36 per 1,000 requests ($0.01536 per call). Failed calls and empty results are not charged. Synchronous. For slow jobs add "mode": "async" to the body, take the job_id and poll.

AI prompt

Please help me write a data collection script with the EveryInfra Google Maps Reviews Business listings endpoint (google_maps_reviews/business_listings).

How the endpoint works:
- Request: POST https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/social with the header Authorization: Bearer <API key>. Read the key from the EVERYINFRA_API_KEY environment variable and never hard-code it.
- In the request body, set platform to google_maps_reviews and action to business_listings, and put the parameters inside params.
- Required parameters:
  - category: The Google Maps business category for business_listings, in lowercase English with underscores for spaces, such as dentist, coffee_shop or italian_restaurant.
- Optional parameters:
  - city: A city name the business address must match, such as Austin; businesses elsewhere are left out.
  - country: A two-letter country code the business address must match, such as us or gb.
  - min_rating: The lowest star rating to keep in business_listings, from 1 to 5; decimals such as 4.5 work.
  - name: A word the business name must contain in business_listings, such as a brand; businesses without it in their name are dropped.
  - limit: The most rows to return in this call, an integer from 1 to 20. The default applies when you leave it out, and a call can return fewer rows. Larger values are accepted and capped at the maximum. (default: 20)
- Returns a list of records. Main fields of each record: place_id, name, url, category, categories, description, address, city, state, postal_code, country_code, lat; 21 fields in total, full list at https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/social/catalog?platform=google_maps_reviews.
- Example request body:
{
  "platform": "google_maps_reviews",
  "action": "business_listings",
  "params": {
    "category": "crm"
  }
}
- Price: $15.36 per 1,000 requests; failed and empty results are not charged.
- For dozens or hundreds of targets, add "mode": "async" to the body: you get a job_id at once and poll GET https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/jobs/{job_id} for the result.
- On 422, fix the request using the suggested parameter names and allowed values in the error; on 429 or 503, wait for Retry-After and try again.

Before writing code, ask me which targets I need, how many, which fields, and what output format I want; then confirm the plan and the rough cost with me.
