List the latest 15 videos of one WeChat Channels account by its username (the v2_...@finder ID). Each video has its ID, title, description, publish time, like, save, share and comment counts, duration, frame size, cover and a time-limited video file link with the key needed to decrypt it. The account ID is not the nickname.

Price $46 per 1,000 requests ($0.046 per call). Failed calls and empty results are not charged. Synchronous. For slow jobs add "mode": "async" to the body, take the job_id and poll.

AI prompt

Paste this into your AI assistant. It already holds this endpoint's parameters, response fields and an example request, so the assistant can ask what you need and then write the scraper.

Please help me write a data collection script with the EveryInfra WeChat Channels Posts by user endpoint (wechat_channels/user_posts).

How the endpoint works:
- Request: POST https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/social with the header Authorization: Bearer <API key>. Read the key from the EVERYINFRA_API_KEY environment variable and never hard-code it.
- In the request body, set platform to wechat_channels and action to user_posts, and put the parameters inside params.
- Required parameters:
  - username: The WeChat Channels account ID for user_posts, in the form v2_...@finder, taken from the author_username of a user_posts or video row. It is not the nickname, and search rows do not have it.
- Optional parameters:
  - limit: The most rows to return in this call, an integer of 1 or more. The default applies when you leave it out, and a call can return fewer rows.
- Returns a list of records. Main fields of each record: id (Video ID (a digit string) on user_posts…), author_username (The author's WeChat Channels account ID…), author_name, title, description, posted_at, like_count, collect_count (Times the video was saved (user_posts /…), share_count, comment_count, duration_sec (Video length in seconds), duration_seconds; 17 fields in total, full list at https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/social/catalog?platform=wechat_channels.
- Example request body:
{
  "platform": "wechat_channels",
  "action": "user_posts",
  "params": {
    "username": "v2_060000231003b20faec8c7ea8d11c3d4c907e83db0775f87c9449acd6a89298e462485cc23a8@finder"
  }
}
- Price: $46 per 1,000 requests; failed and empty results are not charged.
- For dozens or hundreds of targets, add "mode": "async" to the body: you get a job_id at once and poll GET https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/jobs/{job_id} for the result.
- On 422, fix the request using the suggested parameter names and allowed values in the error; on 429 or 503, wait for Retry-After and try again.

Before writing code, ask me which targets I need, how many, which fields, and what output format I want; then confirm the plan and the rough cost with me.

Response fields

Business data is in results. The table lists the fields a record can contain; values the platform does not show are never made up.

FieldMeaning
idVideo ID (a digit string) on user_posts and video rows; pass it as object_id to video.
author_usernameThe author's WeChat Channels account ID, v2_...@finder (user_posts / video); pass it as username to user_posts.
author_nameAuthor's display name.
titleTitle. null when the platform has no titles (for example text-only posts).
descriptionSummary or description, usually shorter than text.
posted_atPublish time in ISO 8601, UTC (for example 2026-08-07T12:34:56+00:00). Non-standard strings from the platform are passed through as is, so parse defensively. null means the platform does not disclose it.
like_countLikes. null means the platform or this capability does not disclose it; it is not 0.
collect_countTimes the video was saved (user_posts / video).
share_countShares. null means not disclosed, not 0.
comment_countComments. null means not disclosed, not 0.
duration_secVideo length in seconds.
duration_secondsDuration in seconds. null for content that is not video or audio.
video_widthVideo frame width in pixels.
video_heightVideo frame height in pixels.
cover_urlCover image URL (signed, expires).
video_urlVideo file URL (user_posts / video; signed, valid for about 24 hours). The start of the file is encrypted, so a direct download does not play until it is decrypted with video_decode_key.
video_decode_keyKey for decrypting the encrypted start of the video file (user_posts / video); it belongs to that video_url.
platformSource platform identifier, the same as platform in the request (for example xiaohongshu, tiktok).

  • WeChat Open Docs: the Channels Account ID (finderUserName) ↗

    WeChat's developer docs say finderUserName is the Channels account ID, shown to the author on the Channels assistant home page. The source confirms only that a Channels account has an ID separate from its nickname; this API's username is the v2_...@finder account ID taken from user_posts or video rows and cannot be swapped with the ID on that home page.
