# Yahoo Finance Earnings and EPS API (yahoo_finance.earnings)

- Price: $0.008 per call ($8 per 1,000 requests); failed and empty results are not charged
- Returns: single object

| next_earnings_date | Expected date of the next earnings report (earnings), YYYY-MM-DD; absent until the company announces it. |
| next_earnings_timing | Whether the next report comes before the market opens or after it closes (earnings): before_market_open or after_market_close; absent when not stated. |
| analyst_count | How many analysts make up the consensus EPS estimate for the next quarter (earnings); absent when there is none. |
| platform | Source platform identifier, the same as platform in the request (for example xiaohongshu, tiktok). |
