## Parameters

| name | type | required | default | description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| product_id | not declared | yes | not declared | The 24-character product ID from a `product_search` row's `id`, or a product link https://www.xiaohongshu.com/goods-detail/<ID>. A malformed ID is rejected before any charge. |
| page_token | not declared | no | not declared | Page token. Leave it out for the first page, then pass back the previous response's `next_page_token` exactly as received, with the other parameters unchanged. A page holds up to 20 reviews and is one call; the last page has no `next_page_token`. |
| sort | enum: default / newest | no | not declared | Review order: `default` (the store's default ranking, the same as omitting it) or `newest` (newest first). Keep the same value while paging. |

## Response fields (items in `results`)

| field | meaning |
|---|---|
| id | The record's unique ID on the platform. Unique only within one platform; IDs can repeat across platforms. |
| product_id | The product the review belongs to (reviews), the same as the product_id in the request. |
| text | Note body or comment text. note and hashtag return the full body; search and user_posts may return a truncated excerpt (up to about 60 and 100 characters respectively). Call note with the note ID for the full text. |
| rating | Rating. **The scale varies by platform**: rating_scale on the same row gives the maximum (usually 5; Booking, Douban, iQIYI and NAVER use 10). Convert with rating_scale before comparing across platforms, or the comparison can come out backwards. |
| rating_scale | Maximum of rating in the same row: 5 for five-star scales, 10 for ten-point scales. Present only when the row has a rating. |
| service_rating | The buyer's service rating out of 5 (reviews); absent when the buyer gave none. |
| logistics_rating | The buyer's delivery rating out of 5 (reviews); absent when the buyer gave none. |
| like_count | Like count. On note and comment results, the likes on that item; on profile, the total likes the account's notes have received. null means not public or not returned this time, not zero. |
| reply_count | Replies, usually replies to a comment. null means not disclosed. |
| images | Image links. On note, hashtag, search and user_posts, every image of the note in order. On comment results (comments, comments_batch, sub_comments), the images attached to the comment, stickers included; an empty array means none. null means this item was not returned this time. |
| tags | Tag list: on note, the note's topic tags; on profile, the personal tags shown on the profile page (such as star sign or region); on reviews, the review tags the store attaches, such as good quality, absent when there are none. As written. |
| sku | The variant the buyer bought (reviews), as the product page writes it, each as name: value, several joined by a semicolon, such as color: white; size: M. |
| posted_date | Review date (reviews, YYYY-MM-DD, Beijing time). The store shows only text such as 06-12 or 3 days ago, which is converted to a date in Beijing time; absent when it cannot be read. Reviewer IDs, names and avatars are never returned. |
| next_page_token | Page token (search, comments, sub_comments, user_posts, search_users, hashtag): pass it back unchanged as page_token, with the other parameters the same, to fetch the next page. |
| platform | Source platform identifier, the same as platform in the request (for example xiaohongshu, tiktok). |
