ZenRows
ZenRows is a web data platform for AI agent, data and automation teams. You give it a URL and it returns clean page content. ZenRows states that it also handles dynamic pages and pages with anti-bot protection.
What ZenRows offers
Product notes and allowances come from the product and pricing pages on the ZenRows website, read on October 24, 2026. ZenRows renamed some products recently (Fetch was the Universal Scraper API), so go by the names on its site today.
| ZenRows feature | What ZenRows says |
|---|---|
| Fetch | One call per URL, with output as HTML, Markdown, JSON, screenshot or plain text. It was formerly called Universal Scraper API |
| Extract | Detects page fields automatically and returns JSON with no selectors to write. It is currently free on top of the Fetch request |
| Crawl | Starts from one URL and returns the pages behind it, with each page billed as a Fetch |
| Batch | Large asynchronous jobs with queues, retries, webhooks and status tracking |
| Browser | A real browser for pages that need clicks, forms, login or session state |
The ZenRows website also states:
- Credit costs: 1 credit for a standard page, 5 with JavaScript rendering, 10 with premium proxies, and 25 with both. Failed requests are not charged. A 404 or 410 counts as a result and is charged.
- Plans: Free has 5,000 credits per month with no card. Build is $16 per month (45K credits), Launch $58 (250K), Growth $166 (1.2M) and Scale $458 (5M). Enterprise is custom. Every plan includes every capability on one credit balance.
- ZenRows lists support for protections such as Cloudflare, DataDome, PerimeterX and Akamai, and says it handles more than 10 billion requests a month.
- You can use it through an MCP server, a command line tool, SDKs or the API directly.
- ZenRows reminds users that they must follow each site's terms of service and the laws that apply to them.
Who it is for
- AI agent developers who want a model to read any web page and get Markdown that suits a language model.
- E-commerce and price monitoring teams who fetch competitor pages on a schedule to track prices and changes.
- Data engineering teams who put many URLs into batch jobs instead of maintaining their own scrapers.
- Sales and growth teams who enrich leads with company pages, hiring signals and tech stack details.
Real estate research: national portals through EveryInfra, local broker sites through ZenRows
Property investors, managers and housing researchers who study a market usually need two kinds of listings: those on national portals, and those on local brokers' and developers' own sites. The first kind is large and uniform; the second is scattered and inconsistent.
- National portals. The EveryInfra Zillow search, ZIP search and property detail, Zillow agents and Realtor listings endpoints return list price, size, days on market and agent details by area or ZIP code. For commercial property, add Crexi.
- Local sites. Use ZenRows Fetch on local broker and developer listing pages, then let Extract detect the fields and return JSON, with no selectors per site. When you collect hundreds of URLs on a schedule, use its Batch jobs, which come with retries and callbacks.
- Merge and dedupe. The same home is often listed in several places. Deduplicate by address and size, then compute median list price and average days on market per ZIP code.
EveryInfra is priced per call, and listings that cannot be found are free; ZenRows is priced in credits. The cost models differ, so run the same set of ZIP codes through both before you compare.
