ScrapingBee
ScrapingBee is a web scraping API. Its website says you do not manage proxies, browsers or anti-bot defenses. You send a request, and it rotates IPs, renders the page, handles CAPTCHAs and returns the result. The site lists more than 200 million IPs and offers 1,000 free credits with no credit card.
What ScrapingBee offers
Features and prices come from the feature pages, documentation and pricing page on the ScrapingBee website, read on October 24, 2026. ScrapingBee bills in credits, and different options use different amounts, so its pricing page is the reference.
| ScrapingBee feature | What ScrapingBee says | Common use |
|---|---|---|
| General scraping API | Headless Chrome renders JavaScript. It can wait for elements, run click and typing scenarios, and take screenshots. Premium residential and stealth proxies are available, with country targeting | Scrape pages that need rendering and parse them yourself |
| Data extraction | Pull fields with CSS or XPath selectors, or describe them in plain language for AI. Output is JSON or Markdown | Turn pages directly into structured fields |
| Google Search API | One call returns JSON for search, news, maps, ads and more | SEO monitoring and search data |
| Fast Search | Real-time search results for AI applications, which the site says return in under one second | Add live search to AI agents |
| YouTube API | Returns YouTube search results, video metadata and subtitles as JSON | Video research and content analysis |
| Pricing | Freelance $49 a month for 250,000 credits, Startup $99 for 1,000,000, Business $249 for 3,000,000. Higher tiers are also listed | Pick a tier by credits and concurrency |
The site also lists a command-line tool, an MCP server, n8n and Make integrations, and dedicated Amazon and Walmart APIs. It says data is not retained by default.
Who it is for
- Developers and data teams. They scrape many kinds of pages through one API and leave proxies and browsers to ScrapingBee.
- SEO and marketing people. The site highlights search results, rank monitoring and analysis for AI search.
- E-commerce teams. They track prices, products and reviews. The site offers dedicated Amazon and Walmart APIs.
- Teams building AI applications. Markdown and JSON output, an MCP server and a command-line tool make it easy to connect agents.
Handmade and design sellers: marketplaces through EveryInfra, own stores through ScrapingBee
Teams selling handmade goods, home design or gift products usually find competitors in two places: marketplace shops such as Etsy, and the competitors' own stores built on site builders. The two need different collection methods.
- Marketplace shops. The EveryInfra Etsy shop and product detail endpoints return listings, prices and review counts from a shop link. Pinterest search shows which images and products get saved most for a style keyword, which helps you read trends. The fields are fixed, so a new shop needs no code changes.
- Own stores. Every store is built differently. Use ScrapingBee data extraction with CSS selectors, or describe in one sentence what you want, such as product name, price and stock status, and let the AI return JSON. For pages rendered with JavaScript, its headless Chrome waits for elements before extracting.
- Compare. Put both sides' products into one table by category and price band. Check whether competitors price the same on Etsy and their own store, and which designs they sell only on their own site.
EveryInfra is priced per call, and shops that cannot be found are free. ScrapingBee is priced in credits, and JavaScript rendering or premium proxies use more of them, so estimate each side separately.
