1. Applying and your referral code
- The affiliate program is by application. Sign in and apply on the Referrals page of your console; once approved, we give you your referral code and referral link.
- You can suggest a referral code when you apply; we decide the final code during the review. Once set, the code can't be changed.
- Visits brought in with your suggested code before approval don't count.
- Each EveryInfra account can have only one partner account.
2. How referrals are linked to you
- Adding
?ref=your-codeto the address of any public page on the site works. You can also add&sub=a-sub-id(1–32 lowercase letters, digits, underscores or hyphens) to track channels separately. - If a visitor clicks your link and signs up for an EveryInfra account within 60 days, that customer is linked to you.
- A customer can also enter your referral code in their console to be linked to you, provided they signed up less than 60 days ago, haven't made a paid top-up and don't already have a referrer.
- Each customer is linked to one partner only, and once linked, isn't moved to anyone else.
3. How commission is calculated
- For 12 months from the day a customer is linked to you, you earn 25% of their paid usage. Paid usage is the amount actually deducted from their paid balance, minus anything refunded; balance topped up offline counts once it's spent; bonus credit doesn't count.
- Commission has no cap: you get your share of whatever the customer pays during the linked period.
- After the linked period ends, that customer's payments no longer earn commission.
- Commission is calculated in US dollars. Your breakdown shows only an alias and an amount for each customer, not their email or the services they use.
4. Holds, refunds and chargebacks
- Commission becomes payable 30 days after it's earned. This period covers refunds and chargebacks.
- If a customer gets a refund or files a chargeback, we take back the matching commission and show it as an “adjustment” in your breakdown; this applies to chargebacks even when the money has already been spent. Anything already paid out is deducted from later commission.
5. Payouts
- We pay once a month. When your payable commission reaches $50, we pay you; anything less carries over to the next month.
- You add your own payout method on the Referrals page of your console: upload an Alipay, WeChat or PayNow QR code, or enter a PayPal, Wise or bank account. Only you and the colleagues who handle payouts can see it. We can pay you once you've added one.
- If several partner accounts use the same payout account, we review them manually before paying out.
6. Prohibited practices
- Referring yourself or accounts related to you (the same person, the same device or network, the same email and so on). These referrals earn no commission; the system flags suspected cases, and we review them manually before paying out.
- Bidding on EveryInfra brand terms in search ads.
- Placing your referral link directly in paid search or other paid ads without our written consent.
- Posting your referral link or code on coupon or discount-code sites.
- Sharing your referral link through spam email, mass direct messages or flooding.
- If you commit fraud, refer yourself, run ads that misuse our brand or send spam, we cancel your unpaid commission and close your partner account.
Referrals that arrive from paid ads are flagged and recorded as usual, and we review them manually before paying out.
7. Pausing and closing a partner account
- Either you or we can end the partnership with 15 days' notice.
- Once a partner account is paused or closed, its referral code no longer links new customers.
- When a partner account closes, we pay out all payable commission in one payment, regardless of the $50 minimum; commission that isn't payable yet is paid once it is, also without a minimum. Amounts flagged as suspected self-referrals are reviewed by us first.
8. Changes to these terms
- Your partner terms (rate, linked period, click window, hold period and cap) are saved to your partner account when you're approved; each customer linked to you is counted under the terms in effect when they were linked.
- We give partners 15 days' notice before changing the affiliate program terms. Changes only apply to customers linked after they take effect.
9. Taxes and governing law
- You are responsible for any taxes on your commission income.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
